Customer Analytic Data Scientist


  • Work with clients and IBM Watson Customer Experience Analytics to generate customer analytics and develop insights into customer experience. 
  • Create "events" to track user interactions that feed analytics and enable segmentation of user sessions.  
  • Design and create "events" that identify customer struggle, help clients optimize customer conversions. 
  • Utilize replays, heatmaps, and session analysis to develop deep customer insights for clients. 
  • Utilize traditional web analytics and optimization tools to assist in understanding customer behavior. 
  • Provide analysis of mobile interactions through websites and mobile apps.  
  • Perform social media sentiment analysis.  
  • Create multi-session, multi-channel journey reports to helps clients visual and understand customer journeys. 
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help clients understand and communicate customer interactions.  
  • Assist in implementation and deployment of customer analytic tool sets. 
  • Provide application support for clients, including problem resolution.

  • Experience working with digital analytic solutions, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture or IBM Digital Analytics
  • Familiarity and awareness of web and mobile application development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON, R, Github etc.
  • Knowledge or experience working with analytic tools, such as SAS, SPSS, SQL or Tableau
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in relevant field
