Tealeaf Software Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Work with IBM Tealeaf Customer Analytics software to provide Customer Experience Analytic solutions to clients.
  • Work with client's web and mobile development and user experience teams to deploy Tealeaf SDK into web and mobile application environments
  • Customize the SDK based on the customer's website and applications to optimize Tealeaf analytics for their site
  • Tune the Tealeaf replay configuration and rules for a given client application and implement privacy settings
  • Work closely with Tealeaf analyst team to understand business requirements that drive Tealeaf configuration requirements
  • Provide Tealeaf application support for clients

Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency and experience with web and mobile application development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Dojo, JSON, etc.
  • Knowledge and experieince with web server technologies
  • Knowlege of digital analytic solutions, such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge and experience with internet networking technologies
  • Basic Linux and Windows systems administration skills
  • Ability to provide client website and mobile analysis and communicate directly with client web or mobile development teams
  • Work in an agile development environment
  • Willingness and desire to learn and explore new technologies
  • Highly motivated, comfortable working in a small startup environment
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field

 


Tealeaf Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Tealeaf events to provide customer web and mobile analytics
  • Design and create events to identify customer struggle, including thrashing and struggle events
  • Configure and customize events to monitor trends and investigate issues
  • Create KPI's, Top Movers, scorecards, and dashboards
  • Utilize replay, heatmap, and session search analysis to aid in customer experience analysis
  • Work with new Tealeaf SaaS offering and traditional cx Tealeaf software
  • Utilize IBM Digital Analytics and Google Analytics to provide additional insight

Skills/Experience

  • Experience with web analytic tools, such as Adobe (Omniture), IBM (Coremetrics), Google, or Webtrends
  • Proficient with web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc.
  • Ability to do problem resolution and analysis for clients
  • Highly motivated, comfortable working in a small startup environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field
